What are my Email settings?
Your mail program (Outlook, Netscape, etc.) requires proper settings for you to
send and receive email. These are your account name (username), password, and
incoming and outgoing server settings.
If your domain
name is example.com and your email address is bob@example.com:

What are
my FTP settings?
In your FTP program, for the user ID field, enter your domain name
without the .com (for example.com, you would enter only "example") . For
host address simply enter your domain name "example.com" (not
ftp.example.com). Then enter your main account password, given to you at
signup. Note: Be sure to upload files to the "httpdocs" directory.
How do I
log on with Front Page?
You can open your site with Front Page by selecting "file", then "open
web". In the box, type "http://example.com". Next, it will ask
you for your username and password. Enter your username and password given to you at
signup. Then click "OK".
How do I
view my site statistics?
In your browser, type "http://example.com/webstat". When prompted for your
username and password, enter your username and password given to you at signup.
How do I log into my control panel?
Your control panel information was sent to you at signup. If you have misplaced this
information, Click Here to request that a copy be
emailed to you.

How
do I access my web mail?
In your browser, type
"http://webmail.example.com". When prompted for your username and
password, enter your username and password given to you at signup.
What
is your nameserver information?
We have
four (4) redundant
networks, each with separate nameservers. Before modifying this information for your
domain name, Click Here to request the correct
